They Will Build Sports Facilities At The Waterfront Qualified For Tourism
The mayor of Torrox, Francisco Muñoz (PSOE), has asked the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Sports of the Junta de Andalucía their collaboration for the development of class sporting facilities in the municipality, especially in the area of the coast.
In the first contact between the new municipal government and the provincial delegate of the Ministry, Antonio Souvirón, Torrox has the ruler on the table that can jointly develop projects to support infrastructure, sports and tourism in the municipality.
One of the aspects that has affected Muñoz at this meeting was the project for the implementation of the first class sporting facilities in the coastal area for which the regional government has raised an agreement to finance them. Munoz and Souvirón, along with other members of the Municipal Corporation, visited the actions being carried out in the archaeological sites of Faro de Torrox aimed at the implementation of the Interpretation Centre of the Villa Romana.
