Before making a trip we take into account the planning of it. The first thing you need to know is where we go, how to get and where exactly the route starts. Data if we know beforehand will not waste time.
It is very important that we fully informed of the characteristics of the route we’re going to do, such as its difficulty, duration, if marked, if it is dangerous to go with children, etc … Knowing the difficulty, we will know if the route fits our opportunities, taking into account our physical form. Knowing the approximate length of the calculated route such time and place to eat and take into account the time at dusk. For example, do not bear the weight of the food in your backpack if you know the route just before eating. Conversely, if we have no information on the length of the route, will bear the weight of the food back because they know if we give time to eat during the journey or at the end of it.
We will collect as much information as possible about the route (maps, diagrams, see pictures on the internet, etc …) and take us along the route. They are very useful, or rather imprescincibles to take reference of where we are at a point in the journey.
It is important to note that the path is circular, ie if the start and finish are at the same point, or conversely is a route of return. In the latter case, remember that everything down there to upload it to the back, so the time spent and the esfuezo not be the same.
